  32. Easy:  (insert LWPro trick here...)

  34. OK, if you have LWPro, check for the article on making heat waves or 
  35. something like that from the RoboCop series.

  37. All you do is put a few low-intensity flares on top of each other.  They 
  38. add up to make a flare that is more intense and localized to one area.  
  39. Try two, render, and increase as needed.  That should do it for you...
